Granite Wellnes Centers serves as fiscal agent for the Coalition for Auburn and Lincoln Youth (CALY), a community partnership working to prevent youth substance use in Auburn and Lincoln. 

CALY brings together parents, youth, educators, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and other local leaders to create supportive, substance-free environments for youth ages 15 to 24.

CALY is part of the Raising Placer network, which is an initiative of community coalitions, educators, and partners throughout Placer County focused on long-term prevention.

Kick It California (formerly the California Smokers' Helpline) provides a free telephone-based stop smoking/stop tobacco use program.

The Helpline offers telephone counseling to develop an individualized quitting plan for stopping tobacco use. Services are available in multiple languages and special services are available for tobacco chewers, pregnant smokers, teens and e-cigarette users. Offers text message support each day during the first important weeks of quitting.

Granite Wellness Centers (GWC) provides comprehensive services to promote wellness for individuals and families with a focus on addressing substance use disorders.

GWC is a source of naloxone, a medication used to rapidly reverse opioid overdose.

Granite Wellness offers residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment services for adults and youth with personalized treatment plans including group and individual counseling and other services.

Granite Wellness also provides transitional housing up to six months for adult men, women, and women with young children for people enrolled in outpatient services. Other services include educational groups for parenting, anger management, DUI services, Resilient Child program, Family Educational Series, and more.
