Downed wires are a serious hazard. If you see a downed wire, please leave the area immediately and call 911 before contacting the utility. To report a downed wire to Liberty Utilities, call 844-245-6868.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) provides utility services, including electric and natural gas. Electric and gas interruption emergency services at any time of the day or night. Provides connection and disconnection services.

• a power line is down
• you smell natural gas or propane, which indicates a possible gas leak
• for any other possibly life threatening situation

Never touch downed wires. If you see a downed power line, assume it is energized and extremely dangerous. Do not touch or try to move it—and keep children and animals away. Report downed power lines immediately by calling 9-1-1 and then call your electricity provider.
