Balanced Bipolar & Depression Support provides peer-led support groups for people living with bipolar disorder or depression.

Meetings are also open to family members, friends, and mental health students who want to learn how to support individuals experiencing mood disorders.

Services include:

  • Weekly peer support groups via Zoom
  • Education and wellness resources for individuals and families
  • Local mental health and recovery resources
  • Mental health advocacy and stigma reduction

Meetings are held Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm on Zoom. Participants must call or email at least 24 hours in advance to attend.
