Information about COVID-19 testing being done by OptumServe in Nevada & Placer counties.

4/27/22
LHI has made changes to the OptumServe testing website appointment setting platform LHI.Care. It now only allows residents to register for Rapid Antigen appointments at the OptumServe testing sites. The testing sites will still be performing both Rapid Antigen and PCR tests, however PCR tests will be accepted on a walk-in basis only. So, people can get PCR tests via walk-in but cannot schedule appointments for them.
  • Notification of results will go by email or text.
  • Individuals who are symptomatic and test negative on antigen will be recommended to have a PCR test.
  • Sites will continue to offer PCR lab-based tests for residents who would still like this option for travel/surgery/confirmatory purposes but they are available on a walk-in basis only.
