Transition Partnership Program (TPP) is a collaborative effort between the Placer County Office of Education and the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR), serving students with disabilities and other impediments to employment. Through the program, participants develop important knowledge and skills to gain work.

Eligibility

• Attend high school in Placer County
• Age 16-21
• Barrier to employment (i.e., IEP, 504 plan, mental health diagnosis, physical disability, etc.)
