The Truckee Navigation Center offers six interim housing beds for referred people experiencing homelessness.

Services include:

• Short-term stabilization
• A clean, dry, and warm bed to sleep in
• Access to:
  • Showers
  • Meals
  • Laundry services
  • Case management
• Referrals to other resources and/or medical providers
• Housing readiness activities
• Plan development for permanent housing

Additional notes:

A referral (like from 211) is required to receive shelter services; walk-ins are not accepted and members of the public should not be encouraged to arrive for outside-hour Center access without prior arrangement.

Interim Housing beds are designed for stays of up to 90 days; formal reassessments conducted every 30 days to evaluate progress and ongoing eligibility.
