Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health’s Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) provides 24/7 crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals experiencing a mental health emergency.

Services include​​:

• Crisis Support on an outpatient basis
• Support/Safety planning
• Problem Solving
• Referrals to community resources and supports
• if legal criteria met, initiation of 5150 involuntary hold
• if criteria met, voluntary or involuntary admission to inpatient psychiatric hospital
