Northern California Construction Training offers free, hands-on pre-apprenticeship training for people experiencing barriers to employment. 

Training includes job-site experience, classroom instruction, and life-skills development to support transition into union apprenticeships or the construction workforce.

Program details include:

• Training in over 22 construction trades
• Classroom instruction in math, blueprint reading, and construction safety
• Assistance with GED preparation
• Life skills instruction
• Placement into union apprenticeships or construction careers
• Partnerships with schools, probation departments, and county education offices
• Community-based construction projects as part of student training
