The Nevada City Parks and Recreation Department offers facility rentals for public and private events, including weddings, parties, and nonprofit gatherings.

Rental locations include:

• Seaman’s Lodge
• ADA Picnic Area
• Bandshell/Amphitheater
• Upper and lower picnic areas
• Firehouse #2, Robinson Plaza, and Calanan Park (available via Special Event Application)

Basic rental requirements:

• Completed contract and rental fee
• Non-refundable and refundable deposits
• Certificate of insurance naming the City as additionally insured
• Additional requirements for large or public events
