The Grief and Loss Support webpage provides a curated list of grief and loss resources compiled by a survivor and founder of the Empower + Resilience (E+R) Project.

Resources are intended to support individuals and families coping with loss.

Services include:

• Shares suggested books, virtual support groups, and peer-led communities
• Lists local and national organizations offering grief and bereavement support
• Includes links to Facebook groups, in-person gatherings, and general grief education
