Insight Counseling Group assists those who need help with challenging life transitions and/or traumatic events. Counseling is available for adults, teens, and children (six years of age and above). Also available are therapy options for groups, couples, and families. All counseling is trauma-informed.

Free Counseling Programs

• Veterans - 8 free sessions for residents of Nevada and Placer Counties. Call for availability.
• Mothers and families with kids age 0 through 5 - 12 free sessions for Placer County residents only

• Medi-Cal through Partnership HealthPlan of California (Nevada and Placer Counties)
• Regular insurance through Cigna - call if questions about other insurers
• No EAP (Employee Assistance Program) coverage
