iFoster provides support to children and youth growing up outside of their biological homes have access to the resources and opportunities needed to become successful, independent adults.

iFoster provides a free online resource platform offering educational, employment, health, recreational, and daily living supports for foster youth, transition-age youth, caregivers, and service providers.

Services Provided:​

• Resource Referral and Material Assistance: Access to an online portal featuring hundreds of free or deeply discounted products, services, and opportunities through over 300 partner organizations. Includes support for education, employment, health, recreation, and daily living needs.

• Transition-Age Youth (TAY) Support (Ages 16–24):

  • Online life-management tool that allows youth to securely store documents, track applications, manage deadlines, and access resources.TAY Assistant & Digital Locker:
  • Incentive-based engagement including recognition and rewards for achievements.

• Employment Services for TAY (Ages 16–24):

  • Job training and employment placement assistance.
  • Access to part-time and full-time jobs with competitive wages.
  • Opportunities may include benefits, scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement pathways.
  • Partnerships with employers across industries including healthcare, retail, logistics, government, hospitality, and more.
