Anew Day provides free lay counseling and discounted professional therapy for individuals of all ages, couples and families. They also offer a variety of support groups, therapeutic art classes, and training classes. Current listings can be found on their website.

Counseling
Anew Day counselors can counsel clients on issues relating to: addiction, eating disorders, abuse, relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress, social anxiety, boundaries, communication, etc. They aim to teach skills that help their clients navigate life’s challenges in a healthy way.
