The Building Department issues all building permits as required per the current California Building Codes and any local building code amendments. As well as completes building inspections for new construction, renovations, and remodeling work as approved through the building permit process.

Our department is committed to providing excellent service to the community in a timely, efficient, and effective manner while maintaining compliance with minimum housing, building, and safety laws. We strive to build positive relationships with the public through knowledge and outreach to our citizens.
