Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center offers a comprehensive array of no-cost education and career technical training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that prepares young people ages 16 through 24 for successful careers. Job Corps employs a holistic career development training approach which integrates the teaching of academic, vocational, employability skills, and social competencies through a combination of classroom, practical and based learning experiences to prepare youth for stable, long-term employment.  They also offer a fully accredited high school with diploma and GED.

Job Corps offers the following young adult vocational training programs: Automotive and Machine Repair, Construction, Hospitality, Healthcare, Finance and Business, Public Service, and Advanced Manufacturing.
